This policy explains what information On Me Beats Ent (“On Me Beats,” “we,” “us”) collects through on-me-ent.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are based in California.

What we collect

Signup details. When you join the list, we collect the email address and/or mobile number you enter.
Proof of consent. With each signup we store a record of your consent: the date and time, the exact consent wording you agreed to, the page you signed up on, your IP address and your browser’s user agent. We keep this so we can show that you asked to hear from us.
Purchases. Beat leases are sold through Square and Gumroad. Those companies process your payment and give us the details we need to deliver your order (such as your name, email and what you bought). We never see or store your full card number.
Basic site data. Our host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and reliability.

How we use it

To send the release updates, new beats and early links you signed up for.
To deliver beat leases you buy and answer your questions.
To keep the site secure and working.

Text messages (SMS)

We only text you if you check the SMS consent box and give us your mobile number.
Texts are recurring promotional messages from On-Me (On Me Beats) about releases and beats. Message frequency varies, usually about 1–4 messages per week around releases.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. Mobile numbers and opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.

Every email includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also email us and we will remove you.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and the list (such as our website host and data storage, and Square and Gumroad for purchases), only as needed to provide those services, or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep signup and consent records while you are on the list and for as long as needed afterward to show consent and meet legal obligations. Purchase records are kept as required for tax and accounting.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from email, reply STOP to texts, or ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing us. California residents may have additional rights under California law, including the right to know and delete personal information; we will not treat you differently for using them.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
