These terms cover your use of on-me-ent.com, the On-Me email and text list, and beat leases from On Me Beats Ent (“On Me Beats,” “we,” “us”). By using the site you agree to them. We are based in California.

The list (email and text)

  • Joining is free. You can sign up with an email, a mobile number, or both.
  • If you check the SMS box, you agree to receive recurring promotional text messages from On-Me (On Me Beats) about releases and beats at the number you gave us. Message frequency varies, usually about 1–4 messages per week around releases.
  • Msg & data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Reply STOP to opt out at any time; you will get one message confirming you are opted out. Reply HELP for help, or email info@on-me-ent.com.
  • Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
  • We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Beat leases

  • Beats are sold as leases through Square and Gumroad. Their checkout terms also apply to your payment.
  • A lease gives you a license to use the beat under the terms included with your purchase. We keep ownership of the beat itself unless a written agreement says otherwise.
  • Because beats are digital files delivered right away, sales are final. If a file is broken or you didn’t receive it, email us and we will make it right.
  • Previews on this site are for listening only and may not be downloaded or used in your own releases.

Music, artwork and On Me Radio

The music, artwork, logos and other content on this site belong to On Me Beats Ent or its partners. You may stream and share links, but you may not copy, re-upload or sell them without permission.

Join the Pipeline

Pipeline memberships cover the promotion work described on the site. Curators, blogs and stations decide what they play or post, so specific placements, plays or results are not guaranteed.

Using the site

Please don’t misuse the site, try to break it, or submit someone else’s contact details. The site is provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, On Me Beats Ent is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above.
